The NCBATE licensure application is now online! Register at the LAT Portal to begin your licensure application. The NCBATE will review COMPLETE applications only around the 1st and 15th of each month.
If your licensure has expired and you would like to reinstate it, the reinstatement application is now on the LAT PORTAL.
Reinstatement Requirements:
1. Completed LAT PORTAL REINSTATEMENT APPLICATION and CEUs (see hourly requirements below)
2. $100 Reinstatement Fee
3. Upload of current BOC card or verification from BOC website of current BOC certification
4. Upload of Protocol
The CEU requirements for reinstatement are as follows:
21 NCAC 03 .0303 LAPSED LICENSE
(a) The lapsed license may be renewed within a period of five years after expiration upon payment of the lapsed license fee and the completion of 25 contact hours of continuing education for each year that the license has lapsed.
(b) A license that has lapsed for more than five years shall be renewed upon payment of the lapsed license fee and the completion of 28 hours of continuing education for each year that the license has lapsed.
